I'd be *very* surprised if any US issued cards still work. If they do, they won't for long...

You guys can try Entropay.com . You can create alot of virtual credit cards with them. But I'm not sure if they welcome USA or not.. can always check it out.
At one time Ladbrokes did highly recommended entropay..

sportsbook.com will took my card up to last month--i haven't tried since. but i'm surprised it still worked >:T now i'm shiiteing my pants.
